Partner Investment & Performance Manager (Office | Cyprus)**

📍 Format: Office, Cyprus 💶 Salary: €2,000–3,000 (depending on experience)

About the Position

We are looking for a Partner Investment & Performance Manager who can make data-driven decisions, not assumptions.

Your task is to evaluate the potential of partners (influencers, streamers, Telegram channels, media), launch advertising integrations, analyze results, and make decisions on scaling investments.

Responsibilities

📊 Partner Evaluation

Analysis of audience, reach, GEO, and engagement. Assessment of advertising potential and forecast of results. Preparation of recommendations for launch.

🚀 Launching Advertising Placements

Negotiations and agreement on terms. Working with Fixed Fee, Hybrid, CPA, RevShare. Setting KPIs, budgets, and monitoring launches.

📈 Analytics

Analysis of FTD, deposits, profit, ROI. Comparison of results with forecasts. Decisions on scaling, re-testing, or stopping cooperation.

📋 Reporting

Maintaining a partner database. Monitoring budgets, KPIs, and results. Regular analytical reporting.

Our Expectations

✔️ Experience in Affiliate, Performance, or Influencer Marketing. ✔️ Strong analytical skills and understanding of performance metrics. ✔️ Experience in calculating ROI, payback, and advertising campaign effectiveness. ✔️ Negotiation skills and experience with commercial terms. ✔️ Excellent command of Google Sheets / Excel. ✔️ English for business correspondence.

Will be a plus:

Experience in iGaming / Betting / Casino; working with influencers and streamers; knowledge of MENA, Africa, Asia markets; own partner database.
