We are looking for a Partner Investment & Performance Manager to join our team! If you know how to analyze partner performance, make data-driven decisions, and want to influence the development of an international product – we'd be happy to meet you! 🚀

⚠️ Important: We are considering only candidates who are already located and residing in Limassol (Cyprus). ❌ Remote format, hybrid, and relocation are not considered.

🔥 What you will be doing

✅ Analyzing partners, influencers, streamers, Telegram channels, and media resources. ✅ Evaluating traffic potential, audience, and placement effectiveness. ✅ Launching advertising campaigns using Fixed Fee, Hybrid, and other models. ✅ Analyzing streams, integrations, and advertising placement results. ✅ Calculating ROI, profit, deposits, FTD, and other performance metrics. ✅ Making decisions on scaling, re-testing, or stopping cooperation. ✅ Maintaining reporting and developing successful partners.

🎯 What we expect from you

✔️ Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Media Buying. ✔️ Strong analytical skills. ✔️ Experience working with advertising integrations or partners. ✔️ Ability to analyze numbers and make data-driven decisions. ✔️ Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel. ✔️ English language for work communication.

⭐ Bonus points

➕ Experience in iGaming / Betting / Casino. ➕ Working with influencers and streamers. ➕ Knowledge of CPA, Hybrid, Revenue Share, and Fixed Fee models. ➕ Understanding of MENA, Africa, or Asia markets.
