We are looking for a Partner Investment & Performance Manager — a specialist at the intersection of affiliate / performance marketing and analytics.

The main task is to evaluate partners as investment assets, launch advertising placements, and make decisions about further scaling based on data.

🎯 Key Tasks

🔎 Partner Evaluation

Analysis of influencers, streamers, Telegram channels, and media Assessment of audience, GEO, reach, and engagement Forecast of traffic, FTD, and profit Decision: launch / do not launch

🤝 Launching Placements

Negotiations and agreement on terms (fixed / hybrid) Definition of budget, KPI, and test period Preparation of links, promos, bonuses, and creatives Launch control

📺 Integration Monitoring

Analysis of streams and advertising integrations Verification of offer presentation quality, CTA, and mentions Assessment of compliance with agreements

📊 Analytics

ROI, deposits, FTD, profit Comparison of results with forecast Decisions: scale / stop / optimize Review of cooperation terms

📈 Reporting

Maintaining a partner database Recording KPIs, budgets, and results Weekly and monthly reporting

Experience in affiliate / performance / influencer marketing / media buying Strong analytical background Understanding of ROI, CPA, LTV, and other metrics Experience with integrations / streams Proficient Excel / Google Sheets English for correspondence and negotiations Skill in evaluating partners before launch
