🚀 Affiliate Performance Manager (Limassol, Cyprus)

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus 🏢 Format: Office-based (Full-time) 💶 Compensation: €2,000–3,000 net (discussed individually)

We are looking for an Affiliate Performance Manager to join our international team. You will be responsible for evaluating partner effectiveness, analyzing the results of advertising activities, and developing profitable collaborations.

⚠️ Important: We are considering candidates who already reside in Limassol. Remote work, hybrid format, and relocation are not provided.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

✅ Research potential partners: Telegram channels, streamers, influencers, and media platforms. ✅ Assess audience quality, traffic volume, and potential. ✅ Launch and manage advertising placements under various cooperation models. ✅ Analyze integration and advertising campaign results. ✅ Track key performance indicators (ROI, FTD, deposits, profit, etc.). ✅ Make decisions on scaling successful campaigns or optimizing current activities. ✅ Generate reports and support the development of long-term partnerships.

🎯 What We Expect

✔️ Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Media Buying, or Influencer Marketing. ✔️ Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers. ✔️ Practical experience interacting with partners or advertising platforms. ✔️ Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel at a good level. ✔️ English for daily work communication.

⭐ Advantageous

➕ Experience in iGaming, Betting, or Casino industries. ➕ Understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and Fixed Fee models. ➕ Experience collaborating with bloggers, streamers, or media resource owners. ➕ Knowledge of MENA, Africa, or Asia markets.
