An international technology company is looking for a technically strong and responsible specialist to provide technical support, assist customers and partners, and support projects during implementation and operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams. • Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot equipment and systems. • Support projects during implementation and after-sales stages. • Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions. • Communicate with customers regarding technical questions and requirements. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation. • Conduct technical consultations and product training when required. • Cooperate with regional and HQ technical teams on complex technical cases.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in technical support, networking, CCTV, security systems, or a similar technical role. • Knowledge of CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, networking, or related technologies. • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work with technical documentation. • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. • Ability to learn new products and technologies quickly. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of Uzbek is required. • Knowledge of English and Russian will be a strong advantage.
