💼 What you will do: — Coordinate the work of the development team — Monitor deadlines, priorities, and task completion — Organize processes between departments (Tech, Art, QA, Game Design) — Control the production pipeline and feature status — Participate in sprint planning and task assignment — Help the team eliminate blockers and improve workflows — Maintain transparent communication within the team 🎯 What is important: — Project Manager experience in gamedev from 3 years — Understanding of game development processes — Experience with task trackers and documentation (Jira, Trello, Notion, Miro, etc.) — Ability to build communication between teams — High level of responsibility and organization — Experience with remote teams — Love for games and understanding of multiplayer projects are welcome 📌 Conditions: — Format: full-time employment — Location: remote work — Salary: negotiable — Possibility of long-term cooperation 📩 Contact us: Telegram bot — recruiter contact
