Junior Project Manager

We are launching an internship program at Playrix in Project Management, and this is a great opportunity to start a career in the gaming industry, gain experience with real tasks, and see firsthand how one of the world's leading gaming companies operates.

We are looking for talented aspiring specialists who want to quickly dive into the profession, develop, and grow with the company. The internship is paid, and the best participants at the end of the program will have the opportunity to continue their careers at Playrix.

Who is the internship for:

The program offers experienced specialists (2–3 years of experience) a bridge for career transition: for applied experts (QA, analysts, developers) – a fast track into management and process/people leadership; for current managers from classic IT – an opportunity to overcome the barrier of “no industry experience” and enter product game development with its specifics and high pace, without losing their professional level.

Tasks to be solved:

The program consists of 2 stages:

• First stage — Internship (1 month)

You will get acquainted with the main processes of game feature development and complete a series of practical tasks. You will learn to analyze game mechanics, develop product solutions, prepare documentation, and work with builds, receiving feedback from a mentor.

• Second stage — Trial period

If the internship is successfully completed, you will move to a trial period. You will be involved in real product tasks under the guidance of a mentor: you will participate in the preparation and support of game features, interacting with developers and game designers. Gradually, the complexity of tasks and independence will increase.

Upon successful completion of the trial period, we can offer you to continue working at the company.

In this case, you will become part of one of the product teams and gain your own area of responsibility. You will independently manage several tasks, closely collaborate with the producer and development team, and be responsible for the quality and timely completion of your part of the work.

We expect:

• Practical experience in software development processes: planning, prioritization, quality control for 2+ years in the role of project manager, business/system/data analyst, QA lead, product manager
• Technical background
• Interest in people management and readiness to develop in this area
• Love for games - a big plus
