Requirements:
- Relevant experience in apparel design for at least 3 years;
- Strong graphic design foundation: knowledge of composition, typography, color theory;
- Understanding of production processes: materials, application techniques (printing, embroidery, embossing, etc.), specifics of cut and silhouettes;
- Portfolio with implemented projects;
- Good visual awareness and understanding of current trends in the merch and fashion industry;
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator;
- Proficiency in AI tools;
- Communication skills, ability to build and independently lead the direction.
Responsibilities:
- Development of concepts and designs — from basic collections to limited drops;
- Preparation of technical materials for production (specifications, mockups for printing/application);
- Quality control at all stages of production, from mockup to finished product;
- Selection of materials, application techniques, and cut solutions in accordance with the brand identity;
- Analysis of the market and trends in merchandise, apparel, and materials, forming proposals for the development of the direction;
- Interaction with production and contractors.
