Be responsible for creative campaigns, build communications on T-Technologies social media and blogger relations
Description
The IR PR team is responsible for communications with current shareholders of T-Technologies and with those who will become owners of T shares tomorrow.
We communicate the most important things about T-Technologies' business (reports, deals, investments, new business areas, etc.). We talk simply about complex things with the media, bloggers — and through them with ordinary private investors. We constantly come up with new projects to help achieve the company's overall goal — increasing T's capitalization.
Within the IR PR team, the IR PR Manager will be responsible for comprehensive communication campaigns (including the creative component and interaction with IR marketing), regular communications on T-Technologies social media, and blogger relations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of T's communication strategy for retail investors together with the IR and PR teams
- Develop and execute PR campaigns for T's communication with retail investors using both classic and non-standard tools
- Regularly communicate with investment bloggers and media
- Manage T-Technologies social media (Pulse, TG channel): participate in content plan development and post preparation with the editor
- Provide PR support for regular T events (reports, dividends, etc.), as well as communicate about T's business and new products with other teams
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience in corporate PR, IR team, or business media
- Understand what interests investors: grasp the specifics of the stock market, follow economic news
- Ability to see the meaning behind the numbers in business reports — and explain them not only to those involved in investing but also to those who are not yet investing
- Developed and executed comprehensive projects with other teams, including those with a creative component
- Ability to find an approach to different target audiences
- Keep focus on results in your work — and don't be afraid to adapt the initial plan to achieve a better outcome
- Ability to quickly immerse yourself in various business areas
- Speak and write Russian fluently, ability to adapt texts for different channels and audiences
- Experience working in a technology company or with technology companies in a communication agency
- Proficient in English and comfortable navigating English-language information sources
- Have an education in economics/finance
