We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the PyME Origination team. The team is responsible for building digital onboarding products for business customers. One of its key areas is account opening for persona moral — the Mexican legal entity classification for incorporated businesses — one of the most technically complex products in our portfolio. It combines corporate document processing, KYB verification, electronic signature with e.firma, regulatory requirements for remote onboarding, and integrations with internal systems and external data providers.
The product has already been launched and is entering its next stage of growth. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding funnel for persona moral, continuously improving conversion, customer experience, and operational efficiency. You will work at the intersection of product, analytics, engineering, compliance, risk, legal, and operations, combining business analysis with strong product thinking and data-driven decision making.
