We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for the Billing Stream at Made of Storm — a key area responsible for the payment infrastructure and product monetization.

In this role, you will design payment solutions and integrations that directly impact revenue, payment conversion, and platform scalability.

📌 What you will do

— Manage full-cycle business analysis: from discovery to launch and results evaluation; — Formulate requirements for payment integrations, PSPs, payment gateways, and financial services; — Analyze and describe payment processes, transaction flows, refunds, chargebacks, and antifraud mechanics; — Manage requirements and maintain their relevance throughout all development stages; — Formulate hypotheses, evaluate the impact of initiatives on product and business metrics; — Identify risks, limitations, and dependencies when implementing payment solutions; — Participate in refinement, task estimation, and preparation of requirements for development; — Interact with Product, Engineering, QA, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams; — Maintain documentation quality in Jira and Confluence, participate in feature acceptance.

📌 What we expect

— 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis; — Experience with complex products and cross-functional integrations; — Practical experience in payments, PSPs, billing systems, fintech, or iGaming; — Understanding of the payment lifecycle: transactions, refunds, chargebacks, reconciliation; — Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and external integrations; — Proficiency in BPMN, UML, Use Cases, and requirements management tools; — Experience in conducting discovery and data-driven analysis; — Understanding of PCI DSS, KYC, AML, and antifraud processes; — Systems thinking and ability to work with complex dependencies; — Confident command of Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
