• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience, accountability, and operational efficiency

• Follow up with managers on:

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in an HR Lead or People Ops role in a startup or fast-paced ‘remote’ company
• Fluent in English with native-level written and spoken communication
• Experience supporting Organizational Development initiatives, including performance management, organizational design, or continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in remote-first, tech-driven environments
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation platforms to improve productivity and operational outcomes
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing automation or AI-assisted improvements is a strong plus

• Understanding of how automation and AI can create more scalable, accurate, and efficient people and business operations
• Ability to identify repetitive workflows and suggest smarter, technology-driven improvements
