We're looking for someone who

• Has 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, executive assistance, or a similar role — ideally in a startup or digital agency environment
• Has experience improving and scaling operational processes
• Can make decisions independently and isn't afraid of responsibility
• Has excellent Russian (primary working language) and English at B2+ level
• Has experience with vendor negotiations and managing external partnerships
• Is tech-savvy — comfortable with modern tools (Notion, Linear, Slack, Google Workspace) and actively uses AI assistants to work faster and smarter
• Is skilled at preparing documents and presentations — clear, structured, and polished
• Has worked with budgets and expense tracking
• Is proactive — sees problems before they become critical
• Is comfortable with rapidly shifting priorities and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Is organized and detail-oriented, while also seeing the big picture
