🕐 Working Hours: 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple HR responsibilities and thrives in a fast-paced setup.

Key Responsibilities: • Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding • Handling employee lifecycle activities (onboarding to exit) • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and business teams • Maintaining HR data and ensuring process compliance

What we’re looking for: • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Prior experience in HR operations/recruitment • Ability to work independently in a remote setup • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach
