Operations and Automation Specialist

We’re hiring an Operations and Automation Specialist at Buffer.

This role is about strengthening the systems that help a fully remote company run well. As we grow, and as AI reshapes how work happens, we’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting tools, improving documentation, and reducing friction across teams.

You’ll work across People, Finance, IT, and Security to improve how information flows, how decisions are documented, and how automation supports our day-to-day work. It’s a role for someone who sees patterns, loves clean systems, and finds satisfaction in making complex things simpler.
