Main Tasks:

Working with neural networks:

• Model Deployment: Deploys ready-made speech and text AI models to company servers.
• Prompt Engineering: Writes precise instructions to get stable responses from AI.
• Fine-Tuning: Retrains neural networks for specific narrow tasks (Fine-Tuning).

Development and Integration:

• Microservice Creation: Independently builds an AI service from hypothesis to finished product.
• Text and Speech Analysis: Implements voice recognition and language processing systems.
• Knowledge Bases (RAG): Connects neural networks to internal company documents.

Infrastructure:

• Containerization: Packages finished applications in Docker for stable operation.

We expect from the candidate:

• Higher technical education.
• 2–3 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
• Technology stack: Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, NLP and speech analytics libraries (Hugging Face, Whisper, Vosk or similar), Docker.
• Experience in developing Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) systems.
• Practical experience in fine-tuning and optimizing neural networks for specific tasks.
• Ability to work with Large Language Models (LLM) APIs and vector knowledge bases (RAG systems).
• Proficient in Git, Linux, and application containerization (Docker).
• Ability to justify the choice of model architecture for a task and independently bring it from hypothesis to a working microservice.
