🌍 Affiliate Manager — Africa

Company: NDA Industry: iGaming Work mode: Remote

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to grow our affiliate network across African markets.

Responsibilities: • Find, onboard, and develop affiliate partners. • Negotiate CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals. • Analyze and optimize traffic performance. • Monitor FTD, ROI, LTV, retention, and traffic quality. • Build long-term, ROI-positive partnerships. • Identify and reduce fraud risks.

Requirements: • 2+ years of Affiliate Manager experience in iGaming. • Experience with African GEOs. • Active affiliate network is a strong advantage. • Strong knowledge of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models. • Understanding of FTD, LTV, ROI, retention, and Clean GGR. • Fluent English and French.
