Position: Affiliate Manager (iGaming / Betting — Africa & Tier-3)
Format: Full-time, 100% Remote
Responsibilities:
- Search, attraction, and onboarding of new partners: webmasters, media buying teams, influencers, and streamers for the African GEO (Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, etc.).
- Development and retention of the current affiliate base, scaling quality traffic.
- Agreement of individual cooperation terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Fix) and cap control.
- Work with major sources: Social (FB), Telegram, WhatsApp, Streaming, SEO, PPC.
- Analysis of key funnel metrics (FTD, CPA, NGR, GGR, ROI, CR, Retention), fraud detection, and identification of cuts.
- Interaction with product, marketing, and payment solutions teams to optimize conversions.
Requirements:
- Affiliate Manager experience in iGaming / Sports Betting from 1.5 years.
- Practical experience working with African markets (or Tier-3 / MENA).
- Deep understanding of payment models (RevShare, Fix, CPA, Hybrid) and analytics in trackers (Affise and similar).
- Fluent in metrics: FTD, CPA, NGR, GGR, LTV, Retention, CR.
- English language — Intermediate (B1–B2) and above for negotiations and correspondence.
- Will be a plus: having your own warm partner base for the region, knowledge of French.
