Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing. Mandatory experience in iGaming / betting. Practical experience with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models. Strong analytical and metrics handling skills. Understanding of various traffic sources (SEO, PPC, in-app, social, etc.). Experience with trackers, CRM, and affiliate tools. English language at B2 level.

Tasks: Attracting new affiliate partners (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid). Developing and retaining the current partner base. Building and systematizing partner onboarding. Analyzing traffic and effectiveness (ROI, LTV, NGR, etc.). Optimizing campaigns and identifying growth opportunities. Monitoring traffic quality and working with hypotheses. Developing and scaling the affiliate direction. Building processes and team structure.
