Data Scientist for the development of ML models for the business unit serving small and micro business corporate clients. This includes analytics, communication with clients, and the full cycle of model creation.
Tasks:
- Participation in regular video calls with business clients
- Development of a basic technical specification jointly with the client
- Conducting initial analytics, demonstrating results to the client, adjusting requirements
- Setting client expectations regarding the final outcome and expected timelines
- Development of ML model(s) from scratch to solve business tasks: forming a general dataset and target event using SQL queries in the database, developing one or more ML models
- Preparing materials (presentations) for demonstrating work results
Requirements:
- Writing Python code for developing ML models and accompanying analytics (Pandas, Numpy, skLearn)
- Experience in developing classical ML models (linear, trees, boosting, etc.)
- Knowledge of data processing methods, quality assessment metrics, understanding of the principles of classical ML algorithms
- Experience in analytical work with data, understanding of mathematical statistics methods
- Knowledge of SQL for creating database queries
- Communication skills with business clients, requirement coordination, result delivery
- Ability to create basic presentation materials in PowerPoint
