15 years of experience in operations, compliance, legal, and licensing in high-risk and financial sectors (5 years in iGaming). • Built Compliance, Payments, Risk Management, Support, Casino Management, Finance, HR, Legal, and other streams from scratch • Managed local and distributed teams in Europe, CIS, Latam, Africa • Standardized processes, KPI/OKR, and SLAs for different teams and GEOs • Built and led the compliance function from scratch (KYC/KYB, AML/CTF, Responsible Gambling), organized the work of compliance specialists: onsite, remote, BPO • Led the project team for obtaining a local iGaming Brazil license (B2C) from scratch to go-live • Conducted cross-functional projects for licensing and launching new products on local B2C licenses • Reduced fraud share by 70% on the project by optimizing bonus policy, T&C, and implementing antifraud tools.
