15 years of experience in operations, compliance, legal and licensing in high-risk and financial sectors (5 years in iGaming). • Built Compliance, Payments, Risk Management, Support, Casino Management, Finance, HR, Legal, and other streams from scratch • Managed local and distributed teams (up to 50 people reporting) in Europe, Latam, Africa • Standardized processes, KPI/OKR, and SLA for different teams and markets • Built a compliance function from scratch (KYC/KYB, AML/CTF, Responsible Gambling) integrating Head Office + local projects, and execution teams: onsite, remote, BPO • Led cross-functional projects for licensing and launching new products on local B2C licenses • Reduced fraud share by 70% on the project by optimizing bonus policy, T&C, and implementing antifraud tools.
