Pentester (Middle) Red team
Hi! We are SPEZPO, an accredited IT company from St. Petersburg specializing in information security. We are expanding our offensive security team and are looking for people ready to grow with us. We are seeking a middle-level pentester who can independently manage penetration testing projects: from negotiation to reporting to the client.
— External pentests: perimeter reconnaissance, finding entry points, exploiting vulnerabilities of public services — Report preparation: technical analysis — Internal pentests: Active Directory attacks (Kerberoasting, delegation, ACL abuse), privilege escalation, lateral movement to target systems (domain controller, DBMS, business-critical servers) — Network segmentation and security control effectiveness verification
— Understanding of network protocols, web application basics, and databases — 2–4 years of commercial pentesting experience (projects with reports, not just CTFs) — Python/Bash: custom scripts, exploit modification — Internal systems/AD: Kerberoasting, Pass-the-Hash, BloodHound, privilege escalation (Windows/Linux) — Experience working with active security measures (EDR, WAF, AV)
— Office-based work only! — Corporate meals (lunches covered by the company) — 140,000 – 200,000 ₽ net — Full-time 5/2 (office near Novocherkasskaya metro station) — Budget for certifications and training (OSCP, courses, conferences)
