𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 🚨 We are looking for a proactive 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 (𝐍𝐨𝐝𝐞.𝐣𝐬 + 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐭) with a strong back-end focus for the development of the company's internal systems: development of new functionality, support of existing solutions, and participation in the development of the back-office ecosystem.

🛠️ Our stack: Node.js (NestJS + Fastify), K8s, Docker, Redis, PostgreSQL, Kafka, React, AWS.

❗ Requirements: ☑️ At least 5 years of development experience, of which 2+ years in a leading position (Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar) managing a development team. ☑️ Node.js development experience - from 4 years. ☑️ Experience with AWS - EKS, S3. ☑️ Ability to design systems at the C4 model level, define context boundaries, and determine contracts between services. ☑️ Skills in analyzing and documenting architectural decisions (ADR, RFC, prototypes, diagrams). ☑️ Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships between teams.
