Position: Head of QA (Fintech | Payment)

We are currently looking for a Head of QA to join our team with experience in the payment sector.
Manual Testing: Postman, Allure TestOps, MintProxy
Load Testing: JS, k6
Autotests: Python, Playwright (we use different versions for testing older browser versions), httpx and requests, GitLab CI, Docker, AWS ECR, Allure TestOps
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software testing experience.
- 3+ years of experience as QA Lead / Head of QA.
- Mandatory experience in the payment sector.
- Experience in developing testing processes and managing a QA team.
- Experience in building, transforming, or optimizing processes and team structure.
- Strong leadership qualities, ability to establish clear lines of responsibility and effectively manage priorities.
- Experience supporting a product throughout all stages of the development lifecycle.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and principles of HTTP requests.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, ability to write and analyze queries.
- Knowledge of test design techniques and testing theory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve the testing strategy and enhance the maturity of quality processes.
- Develop the product test model and participate in work planning at all stages of development.
- Organize systemic, integration, and regression testing.
- Build and develop the testing team, participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
- Identify needs for test environments, tools, and resources to ensure an effective testing process.
- Establish collaboration between QA, Product, Development, and other teams, ensuring product quality at all stages of development.
- Manage priorities, make decisions under high load, and facilitate constructive resolution of conflicts.
- Increase the efficiency of testing processes, implement best practices and approaches to quality assurance.
