Help please! Lea_p are looking for a freelance marketer who can help us tell the world about the great stuff we're doing - because we're really good at delivering amazing programmes but also very good at forgetting to tell anyone that's what we do.
The first project is launching our new AI transformation programme, designed to help businesses actually implement the AI strategy they've written. We need someone who can look at it, work out who needs to hear about it and how, and then make that happen: the plan, the content, the campaign - we need a doer. We also want to create replicable processes so that we can do this again for different campaigns in the future (hopefully with you).
We think we need someone who is brilliant at email marketing, can write email sequences that will nurture and convert clients, and has a soft spot for LinkedIn,- but if you think we're wrong and have better ideas, let us know!
Above all, we want someone as happy building the thing as planning it, because none of the three of us should be left in charge of an email sequence.
Ideally you've done B2B marketing for an agency or professional services firm, and you understand how an L&D director actually decides to buy something
We think it's about a day a week, fully remote. If you'd rather spend the first week getting us organised and then settle into a rhythm, say so. And if you think we’ve got the timing wrong then we’re open to hearing that too.
If it works, we'd love it to become ongoing, we’ve got lots of plans and so will always need help.
It's also useful if you have a working knowledge of Claude and Monday.com because that's what we run off.
If that's you, or someone you know, send me a message with how you'd approach the launch, something you've made that you're proud of, and your rates. We want to get going as soon as possible (because that's how we work) so ideally we'd hear from you by the end of next week and get going in early October
