B2B Marketer / AI & Automation
We work in the IT infrastructure sphere: servers, storage systems, virtualization, clouds, and data center solutions.
We are looking for a marketer in Saint Petersburg who is not just interested in performing a standard set of marketing tasks, but in understanding how to find clients and bring them to a genuine interest in the product using AI, automation, and a good understanding of business.
We are particularly interested in people who enjoy exploring new tools, quickly mastering technologies, and constantly coming up with ways to make work more efficient.
Achieving results provides an opportunity to increase your income.
Your daily work will involve ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, and other AI tools.
The company provides paid subscriptions and encourages active use of neural networks.
This is not about "asking ChatGPT to write an article".
The task is much broader: to use AI as a marketer's working tool.
For example:
researching markets, companies, and segments;
finding potential clients and the reasons for demand;
analyzing company websites, job postings, news, and tech stacks;
collecting and enriching target account databases;
preparing personalized communication sequences;
creating content, research, comparisons, and commercial materials;
working with large volumes of information;
automating repetitive marketing processes;
using Claude Code to create small internal tools, scripts, and automations, even without classic development experience;
quickly testing hypotheses and scaling what truly brings in leads.
If you enjoy figuring out "can this be automated at all?", you will likely find it interesting here.
To find companies that potentially need our solutions, understand why they might have a demand right now, and transform this signal into communication that leads to commercial results.
The result of the work is not the number of publications, emails sent, or campaigns launched.
We are interested in:
Response from a potential client → Interest → Presentation or Quote → Meeting → Qualified Lead → Handover to Sales.
This means marketing here is as close to money as possible.
You will be able to see which of your hypotheses led to real negotiations and sales.
Looking for sales opportunities. Studying markets, industries, and individual companies. Determining who might need servers, storage, clouds, or infrastructure solutions and why.
Working with target accounts. Creating lists of companies and the right people within them: CTO, CIO, Head of Infrastructure, DevOps, IT managers, and other decision-makers.
Coming up with hypotheses. For example:
a company is launching a new product line → infrastructure may be needed;
it's hiring DevOps → infrastructure is growing;
it's building an AI product → GPUs or computing power are needed;
it's expanding into Europe → a new cloud platform might be required;
it uses a specific tech stack → an alternative infrastructure can be offered.
The marketer's task is to find these connections and test them.
Launching ABM and outbound campaigns. Email, LinkedIn, content, personalized materials, partnership mechanics, and other ways to reach the target companies.
Using AI for research and personalization. ChatGPT and Claude should become not a separate tool, but part of the workflow.
Automating work. If a process can be accelerated through API, Make, n8n, Python, Claude Code, or a small internal tool — we'll likely try to do it rather than perform the task manually for months.
Creating content that helps sell. Case studies, articles, research, comparisons, one-pagers, presentations, white papers, TCO/ROI materials, commercial proposals.
Working together with sales. Understanding which leads are truly high-quality, why some hypotheses work and others don't, and constantly improving the system.
We don't necessarily need someone with ten years of experience and a perfectly matching resume.
A combination of several qualities is more important to us.
Curiosity. You are genuinely interested in understanding how companies, markets, technologies, and sales work.
Passion for technologies. You don't perceive AI as a threat to your profession. On the contrary — you are interested in understanding how to do your job several times faster and better with its help.
Independence. If a task arises, you first try to figure it out and propose a solution, rather than waiting for detailed instructions at every step.
Commercial mindset. You are interested not just in "doing marketing," but in understanding which actions bring money to the company.
Desire to earn a lot. It's okay with us if money is an important part of your motivation.
Here, you can grow from a specialist who launches individual campaigns to a person who builds an entire B2B client acquisition system and directly influences revenue.
It would be great if you already have some of the following:
B2B marketing;
IT, SaaS, clouds, infrastructure, or enterprise;
ABM;
outbound;
e-mail marketing;
LinkedIn;
lead generation;
working with CRM;
content marketing;
marketing analytics;
Make, n8n, Zapier, or other automation tools;
ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLMs;
Python or API;
experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or other AI tools for creating small programs and automations.
However, lacking some of these skills is not a problem if you learn quickly and are genuinely interested in diving into them.
If you only want to do SMM, PR, or set up advertising accounts — this is a different role.
Here you will have to think a lot, research, experiment, and independently find new ways to achieve results.
There won't always be a ready-made instruction.
Often, the task will sound something like this:
"Here is our product and here is the market. Let's figure out which companies might be most interested right now and how to reach them."
And then you will need to build the solution yourself.
Paid AI tools. ChatGPT, Claude, and necessary work services are provided by the company.
Freedom to experiment. You can propose new tools, automations, and approaches and quickly test them in practice.
Work close to sales and money. You will be able to see exactly which of your actions lead to dialogues, meetings, and contracts.
Complex B2B product. Servers, storage, clouds, GPUs, virtualization, and infrastructure solutions.
Strong expertise growth. Marketing + Sales + AI + Automation + IT Infrastructure.
Clear growth trajectory. You can develop towards Senior B2B Marketer, ABM Lead, Growth / AI Marketing Lead, or Head of a department.
Office in Saint Petersburg and a hybrid format after adaptation.
And most importantly — this is a position for someone who wants to constantly learn new things, try out tools, and turn ideas into working mechanics.
If, upon the release of a new AI service, you want not just to read the news, but to immediately register and check what useful things can be done with it for work, — we likely have something to talk about.
In your cover letter, tell us about any task that you were able to significantly speed up, automate, or solve in a non-standard way.
This could be in marketing, analytics, sales, working with AI, or even a personal project.
We are more interested in understanding how you think than seeing a perfectly formatted resume.
