🧑💻 We are Cyberia Labs — an IT-accredited company developing solutions in the field of business process automation, AI, and IT consulting. We operate in the Russian and MENA (UAE) markets, implementing projects in IT, outstaffing, engineering, logistics, energy, and mining.
We are currently looking for a B2B Marketer to help build communication with potential and existing clients, develop Email and LinkedIn marketing, and launch effective outbound campaigns in international markets.

💻 What you will be doing?
- Planning and launching Email marketing: segmentation, scenarios, A/B tests, analysis of Open Rate, CTR, and conversions;
- Searching, collecting, and verifying B2B contacts for Email and Account-Based campaigns;
- Developing and implementing cross-border outreach strategies for the RF and MENA markets;
- Managing the corporate LinkedIn page, developing content, and launching targeted communications;
- Identifying key decision-makers through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other tools in collaboration with the sales department;
- Creating marketing activities around industry events, webinars, and news items;
- Preparing case studies, one-pagers, guides, and other product content in collaboration with the technical team;
- Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing channels and preparing recommendations for their development.
🤝 We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience as a B2B Marketer (consulting, professional services, or IT will be an advantage);
- Has practical experience running Email campaigns and working with automation platforms (Mailchimp, Unisender, SendGrid, Coldy, etc.);
- Knows how to find and verify B2B contacts through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar services;
- Confidently uses LinkedIn as a tool for business development and lead generation;
- Has worked with CRM and understands the interaction between marketing and sales;
- Understands analytics tools (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, retargeting);
- Uses AI tools for content preparation, data analysis, and automation of marketing processes.
__Will be a plus:
- Experience promoting consulting services in international markets;
- Experience working with the MENA region;
- Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and building complex B2B funnels.__
