SERVER MOLL — we help Russian businesses effectively solve tasks with reliable IT infrastructure. We work with companies where stability, performance, and security are important. Currently, our key focus is strengthening our work with large corporate clients and the Enterprise segment. To take this direction to a new level, we are looking for an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) specialist.
We are looking for not just an executor, but a strategist who will build systematic work with key clients from scratch or strengthen current processes. You will become the link between marketing and sales to jointly solve ambitious business challenges.
Your main tasks:
Strategy and Analytics: Segment the market and, together with the sales department, form an account list of the most promising Russian companies. You will deeply study their business, needs and "pain points", decision-makers and influencers to understand how SERVER MOLL can become the best partner for them.
Personalized Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing strategies for each target segment. These are not mass mailings, but targeted, personalized engagement programs that will lead to a deal.
Content and Mechanics Creation: Prepare unique value propositions and packages of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, case studies) adapted to the specifics of each major client. You will create the very artifacts that will help us win tenders and negotiations.
Sales Alignment: Work in close conjunction with the sales team (KAM and BDM). You will not just "pass leads", but participate in planning attacks on key accounts, helping to win competition, warm up contacts and accelerate deal progression through the funnel.
Measuring Results: Track the effectiveness of ABM campaigns at the account level, analyze engagement and conversion, test hypotheses, and optimize approaches to achieve maximum return.
It is important for us that you not only know ABM theory, but also have the desire to earn money using this tool.
Relevant Experience: You have successful experience as an ABM marketer or in strategic B2B marketing for at least 2-3 years, focused on large businesses (Enterprise). Experience in IT, telecom, or related high-tech fields will be your advantage.
Market Understanding: You have a good understanding of how procurement works in large Russian companies, who makes decisions, and how to build long-term, trusting relationships with decision-makers.
Creativity and Systemacity: You can find non-standard ways to attract the attention of top company executives, but at the same time, you always act systematically, relying on data and common sense.
Information Handling Skills: You can work with large volumes of data: conduct company research, find key information, structure it, and turn it into understandable insights for the team and presentations.
Tools: Confident proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools, as well as an understanding of how to work with databases and communication channels (email, LinkedIn, specialized industry events).
