🧩 About the project: Development and optimization of recruitment processes based on SAP HCM on-premise with the design of SAP HCM integration with a React frontend

🛠 Requirements Hard Skills — Experience in 2–3 full implementation cycles of SAP HCM Recruiting or experience with 3–5 clients, including customization and optimization projects — Deep knowledge of SAP HCM E-Recruiting (RC), PA, OM on-premise — Understanding of SAP ECC architecture and integration with external systems — Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes (E2E), including integration with HR accounting and organizational structure — Experience in configuring standard SAP E-Recruiting functionality: vacancies, candidates, statuses, actions, forms, templates — Experience in designing REST/OData APIs for integrating SAP HCM with a React frontend — Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver Gateway (SEGW), BAPI/RFC, IDoc, SOAP — Experience in designing API contracts, data models, error handling, versioning, and idempotency — Understanding of authentication mechanisms OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSO, certificates, and personal data protection requirements — Experience in preparing functional and technical specifications (FS/TS) for ABAP and React developers — Experience in integration testing and independent design of technical solutions

🎯 Tasks — Analysis of business requirements and design of end-to-end recruitment processes based on SAP HCM — Design of SAP HCM on-premise integration with an external React frontend — Development of API contracts, data models, specifications for REST/OData services — Design of data mapping between SAP E-Recruiting, PA, OM, and external systems — Adaptation of standard SAP HCM Recruiting functionality to customer requirements — Preparation of functional and technical specifications for ABAP and React developers — Addressing issues of security, performance, and personal data processing — Conducting end-to-end integration testing of scenarios: job posting, application, candidate status changes, offer, hiring — Interaction with business stakeholders and technical teams, conducting workshops and solution demonstrations — Preparation of project documentation and support for defect resolution
