We actively launch projects with experts through social networks: create accounts, build sales funnels, and develop products. We are now looking for a Product & Monetization Manager who will help build a systematic model for launching and scaling such projects. 🚀
🎯 Tasks
📊 Building a unified sales funnel
- Describe the client journey: subscriber → dialogue → consultation → purchase → repeat purchase
- Define the stages of the sales funnel
- Identify points where clients drop off
- Implement unified sales rules for all projects
💬 Creating and managing sales scripts
- Developing the structure of messaging and call scripts
- Formulating mandatory manager questions
- Writing objection handling procedures
- Implementing a unified standard for client communication
- Analyzing calls and messages
- Improving scripts based on results
🚀 Launching new experts and accounts
- Determining the account's theme
- Formulating the expert's positioning
- Developing candidate requirements
- Participating in specialist selection
- Setting tasks for the content department
- Providing recommendations to launch or abandon a project
💰 Influencing pricing
- Market analysis
- Assessing product performance
- Proposing price changes
📈 Project analytics
- Conversion analysis from lead → purchase
- Analysis of repeat sales

Mandatory:
- Ability to analyze sales and conversions 📊
- Experience in building sales funnels
- Experience developing or improving sales scripts
- Experience analyzing managers' calls and messages
- Experience working with CRM data
- Understanding project economics (conversions, profitability)
- Ability to structure processes
Important:
- Experience working with high lead volumes (20+)
- Experience working without long warm-up periods and automated funnels
