We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with deep production expertise in Windows infrastructure.
The key requirements for this role are confident work with Windows Server and Active Directory and strong production-level PowerShell.
If your primary DevOps stack is Linux/Kubernetes, and you have only worked with Windows sporadically, this vacancy is likely not for you.
The position is open in Limassol, with an office-based work arrangement.
You will join the infrastructure team of a large international holding company in the iGaming sector. The team is responsible for a large production backend infrastructure that runs thousands of services and hundreds of servers: on-prem and cloud environments, automation, CI/CD, fault tolerance, security, and service stability.
Here, you will work with a large-scale production infrastructure, complex engineering tasks, and automation within a strong technical team.
What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines on GitLab CI and TeamCity
- Automate the deployment and configuration of Windows infrastructure using Ansible/AWX and PowerShell
- Develop and maintain a platform based on HashiCorp Nomad, work with Vault and Consul
- Maintain Nexus/Artifactory and processes for building and delivering .NET applications
- Develop monitoring, logging, and observability
- Participate in releases, infrastructure changes, incident investigations, and postmortems
- Improve infrastructure reliability, fault tolerance, and predictability
- Collaborate with development teams and system engineers
What is important
- Deep production experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong PowerShell: development and maintenance of production solutions, not just one-off administrative scripts
- Experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Practical experience with Ansible
- Production experience with HashiCorp Nomad, preferably in conjunction with Vault and Consul
- Experience with IIS / Windows Services
- Experience building .NET applications: MSBuild/dotnet build, NuGet
- Understanding of PKI and certificate management
- Experience with Nexus and/or Artifactory
- Experience with monitoring and logging systems: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch
- Ability to diagnose problems at the infrastructure, OS, and CI/CD levels
- Experience with Hyper-V, AWX, OpenTelemetry, C#, or Go, and basic knowledge of Kubernetes/k3s will be a plus
