Product Analyst | iGaming
Location: Cyprus, Paphos
Work format: hybrid, 5/2 schedule
Salary: fixed rate + KPI (income level is discussed individually and depends on your experience)
We are looking for a Product Analyst who will become a strategic partner to the business and help make data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for the development of product analytics, commercial efficiency, and player behavior analysis, as well as influencing key business decisions of the company.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze key business indicators: LTV, ROAS, Retention, profitability, payback period, and cohort efficiency.
- Evaluate the quality of player acquisition, CRM effectiveness, user lifecycle, and player value.
- Analyze the effectiveness of games, new features, promotions, loyalty programs, and personalization.
- Monitor payment metrics, fraud, chargebacks, KYC, and operational risks.
- Build forecasts for acquisition, retention, revenue, and profitability.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports for management.
- Prepare recommendations that help scale the business and increase its efficiency.
Our Expectations
- 1–2 years of experience in analytics.
- Proficient in SQL and BI tools.
- Experience in converting data into business solutions.
- Analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience interacting with management and cross-functional teams.
Will be a plus
- Experience in iGaming, Online Casino, Sweepstakes Casino, Sports Betting, or Social Casino.
- Practical experience in analyzing LTV, CRM, payments, fraud, and player retention.
- Experience in forecasting, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
