Senior Research Analyst at VK Video

The VK Video RnD team is responsible for conducting research and identifying product growth opportunities. The division is as close to the business as possible (closer than product teams). There are no A/B tests; hard data competencies and the ability to "sell" results in a consulting style (presentations, storytelling) are valued equally.

The RnD team works not only with internal data but also with data from the entire VK group of companies, as well as data from external sources. We have minimal operational work, with most tasks being research projects from scratch.
