X-FLOW is a mobile studio founded in 2018. The company is known for the Happy Color project, one of the most popular digital coloring apps and successful ad-driven mobile games. The team is distributed across the UK, Cyprus, the Netherlands, and other regions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a testing automation strategy for the Flutter application at all levels (unit, widget, integration, golden, API). • Build and maintain the test infrastructure on Dart/Flutter (flutter_test, integration_test, etc.). • Architect the automation project, define standards, patterns, and best practices. • Integrate test execution into CI/CD, set up Quality Gates for Merge Requests. • Monitor and improve application quality metrics: crash rate, ANR, startup time, screen performance. • Conduct reviews of test suites and participate in product Flutter code reviews to improve testability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile testing automation. • 2+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart. • Proficient in writing unit, widget, integration, golden, and API/contract tests. • Deep knowledge of flutter_test, integration_test, and testing architectural patterns. • Experience integrating tests into CI/CD and setting up auto-blocking MRs on quality degradation. • Russian — C1+, English — B1+.
