Head/TL Farming of Google Ads

We are looking for a strong specialist with experience in managing a farming department (preferably from 5 years) in the Google Ads direction.

Tasks: • Management and development of the farming department • Quality control of farming and account results • Working with the team of farmers (setting tasks, controlling execution) • Personal farming to stay in the process • Control of proxies, anti-detects, infrastructure • BINs, payment systems, bindings • Appeals for unbanning accounts • Reporting and process optimization

Requirements: • Experience in Google Ads farming from 5 years • Understanding of the entire technical part (proxies, anti-detect, payment systems) • Team management experience • Ability to maintain stable results
