Hello everyone, looking for an Automation Engineer (Android / Anti-Detect (Python)) 4000 - 6000$ (experienced engineer needed, not for juniors) Not RF/RB.

The company is building a Content Farm engine that manages a fleet of mobile devices and automatically publishes content on social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Seeking an experienced engineer who will become the full owner of the entire mobile/device layer.

What needs to be done: Write reliable code in Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL) and develop the internal action engine. Support and scale the existing Android farm (ADB/uiautomator2).

Work with anti-detect infrastructure: device fingerprinting, proxies, bypassing antifraud and systems like Play Integrity.

Refactor the device layer, migrate devices to the data center (ADB-over-TCP, cloud phones).

Analyze account survival metrics (ban analytics).

Stack:

Core: Python (async/await), FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, PostgreSQL

Mobile automation: ADB, uiautomator2, Android internals, cloud phones, custom engine “screen → ADB commands”

Anti-detect: device fingerprinting, SOCKS5 / residential / mobile proxies, on-device VPN (NekoBox / SagerNet), DNS, Play Integrity

Orchestration: currently multiprocessing; plans to transition to a durable queue (Celery / Temporal) Media / stats: ffmpeg / exiftool (content unification), GraphQL / private-API statistics parsers Infra: Docker, GitLab CI (self-hosted), Grafana, Tailscale AI-assisted: Claude Code / Fable 5
