⭐️Who we are looking for: We need a technical specialist with an analytical mindset and programming experience who wants to master the GreenData low-code platform and become a key link in the development of our IT Service Management (ITSM) system. You will create new features, automate routine tasks, and solve interesting problems working in the support team.

⭐️Your key tasks and responsibilities:

1. Development and refinement of the Altevics ITSM system functionality on the GreenData platform: · Development and modification of screen forms, business processes, request lifecycles, and objects. · Configuration of ETL processes for data integration between systems. · Creation and optimization of views (dashboards) and reports.
2. Programming within the platform: · Writing scripts in Groovy and Python to implement complex business logic, calculations, and event processing. · Writing and optimizing SQL queries (the platform works with PostgreSQL/MS SQL/Oracle) for data retrieval, reports, and integrations. · Implementation of REST integrations with adjacent bank systems, working with JSON/XML.
3. Support and maintenance: · Analysis of incidents and errors in system operation, development and implementation of solutions for their correction. · Preparation and deployment of updates between environments (development -> test -> production). · Consultation and support for colleagues (analysts, testers) on the technical capabilities of the platform.

⭐️Our requirements (must-have): · At least 1 year of commercial development or automation experience. · Understanding of OOP principles and experience writing scripts or code in one of the following languages: Java, Groovy, Python (Groovy/Java preferred). · Good knowledge of SQL: ability to write complex queries (JOIN, subqueries, window functions), understanding of index operation. · Experience with any relational DBMS: PostgreSQL (focus), MS SQL Server, Oracle. · Understanding of REST API basics, experience working with JSON/XML. · Algorithmic and systems thinking: ability to break down a business task into logical steps. · Ability to work in a team, understand user needs, and communicate in "their language". · Willingness and desire to become an expert in the GreenData low-code platform (if no direct experience – willingness to learn quickly).

⭐️Will be a big plus (nice-to-have): · ITSM/ITIL (understanding of processes) · Docker experience (basic level). · Familiarity with Spring Boot (as logic is often built on Groovy and its principles).
