Salary: from 183,908 to 218,390 rubles. before tax deduction, the offer depends on the candidate's professional level

What you will be doing:

1. User Experience (UX) Design:

• Conducting UX research, interface testing, and feedback collection
• Redesigning existing interfaces to improve usability and meet modern standards.

2. Creating Visual Solutions (UI):

• Developing design concepts for web services (with the prospect of a mobile application)
• Creating visual solutions, from sketches and wireframes to final mockups and interactive prototypes
• Prototyping interactive elements and transitions, including micro-animations.

3. Working with the Design System:

• Developing and maintaining the design system (component library, styles, UI kits)
• Ensuring design consistency across all platforms.

4. Preparing for Development:

• Creating adaptive layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile). Focus on desktop.
• Preparing mockups for handover to developers
• Compiling guidelines and technical specifications.

What we expect from you:

• Diploma of higher or secondary vocational education.
• Confirmed experience in product web design (UX/UI) for at least 2 years.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, Adobe After Effects.
• A portfolio with real cases.
• Understanding of layout basics: HTML/CSS, principles of adaptive and cross-browser design.
• Experience in creating design systems and components. Skills in prototyping and interface animation.
• Basic knowledge of UX methodologies: conducting research, usability testing, working with metrics.
• Working with UI kits and component libraries.
• Ability to justify design decisions and work with feedback.
• Competent visual taste, attention to detail, sense of composition and typography.
• Understanding of the specifics of medical and government digital services – as an advantage.
