🚀 We are looking for a Product Manager (Payments) in an international product IT company (iGaming)

Our client is an international product IT company developing high-load solutions in the iGaming sphere, looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of the payment infrastructure.

What you will do:

• Develop and scale the payment infrastructure (B2B2C) • Formulate and implement the product strategy • Build Discovery and Delivery processes • Identify product growth points and launch new initiatives • Work with payment providers: integrations, routing, cascading, traffic allocation, optimization of payment scenarios (approval rate, conversion, fees) • Interact with merchants and internal customers • Participate in hiring and team development

What is important:

• Product Manager experience of 5+ years • Deep expertise in payment infrastructure, FinTech, or iGaming • Experience working with payment providers, integrations, orchestration, and payment frameworks • Experience specifically from the product side (merchant/platform side)

Conditions:

• Official employment under the Labor Code of Cyprus, office work in Limassol • Relocation package for candidates from other countries • Flexible start of the workday (from 8:00 to 10:00) • Corporate breakfasts and lunches • 50% compensation for English language courses • Opportunity to influence the product strategy and development • Russian-speaking team
