IT Lead of Development Team (Java)

☑️ What you will be doing
- Organizing the work of an IT team (up to 12 employees), including hiring and motivating employees
- Organizing and controlling the development of new functionality, including processes for collecting requirements, developing, testing, and implementing functionality
- Working with the team's backlog, jointly with the team lead, including tasks in the backlog of related teams, prioritizing and justifying the need for task implementation
- Designing flexible, scalable, high-load IT solutions based on a microservice architecture
- Forming development standards
☑️ Our requirements for candidates
- Experience in managing a development team - from 1.5 years
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
- Practical experience in developing microservices
- Experience in designing high-load systems
- Experience working with Agile practices or in Agile teams, including working with Jira and Confluence tools
- Communication skills, ability to find common ground with both business customers and developers and related departments
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Java 11, Spring Framework technologies and experience in applying them for the development of large-scale distributed solutions
- Knowledge of the basics of remote banking systems functionality, as well as banking products and processes
- Understanding of container platforms: Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
