Designer for a company at the intersection of AI and oncology. We are looking for a specialist who will lead video production and motion design for B2B marketing, as well as support the product design of clinical and internal analytical platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Create videos for marketing and clinical initiatives: conferences, digital campaigns, B2B materials, educational content for a medical audience.
- Manage the full cycle of video production: from concept and storyboard to editing, motion design, post-production, and final delivery.
- Integrate AI video generation tools into the daily workflow.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development to translate complex oncology and business concepts into understandable visual narratives.
- Work on continuous improvements of UX/UI for internal analyst systems.
- Support and develop mockups and usability for key clinical reports (Tumor Portrait®, Liquid Biopsy™, etc.).
- Support and develop the design system and component libraries.
- Closely interact with molecular/clinical analysts and engineers to understand technical limitations and user scenarios.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in video design, motion design, and UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in video editing and motion design tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- Practical experience with modern AI video generation tools.
- Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features (auto-layout, components, variables) for design system support.
- Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills.
- Genuine interest in BostonGene's domain (oncology, molecular biology, AI).
- English B2+ and above.
- Russian C1+ for daily communication with the team in Yerevan.
