Motion Designer / Apperol Location: we consider specialists from Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia Format: remote, $1000 — $1200

Apperol is looking for a motion designer who is passionate about creatives and not afraid to experiment!

A little about us: We create iOS applications: utilities, cleaners, VPN, security, etc. Everything is done in-house, from idea to release: we come up with products ourselves, develop functionality and create the design. Important: there will be a small test task during the selection process.

What you will be doing: ✨ Creating UGC creatives that actually convert ✨ Coming up with concepts and bringing them to life in motion ✨ Utilizing neural networks to the fullest: for ideas, visuals, and speed ✨ Animating in After Effects and creating Lottie animations ✨ Quickly testing hypotheses and releasing new versions of creatives

We'll be a good fit if you: ✨ Work confidently in After Effects ✨ Have already created creatives for performance marketing and understand how they affect metrics ✨ Understand the UGC format ✨ Have a good understanding of Lottie animations and know how to prepare animations for developers ✨ Are friends with neural networks ✨ Know the basics of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator ✨ Quickly get involved in tasks and meet deadlines

**Would be a big **plus: **✨ Experience with creatives for mobile applications (utilities, VPN, dating) ✨ Portfolio with cases and metrics (CTR, CR, IPM, ROAS)
