The team is looking for a Product Manager to collaborate on the development and improvement of ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and manage product goals, transforming them into a roadmap and initiatives; • Analyze the market and competitive environment, identify key development directions for BackOffice solutions; • Understand the principles of product architecture: data model, integration points, technical dependencies; • Plan team work in collaboration with development: backlog, priorities, releases, functionality acceptance; • Conduct demonstrations of results for internal teams and stakeholders, gather feedback; • Research user experience, test product hypotheses; • Build communication with stakeholders and partners, ensure process transparency; • Develop a system of product metrics and use data for decision-making; • Support the implementation of solutions into the company's business processes and related departments.

Requirements:

• Practical experience with BackOffice or ERP systems (as PO, analyst, or integration participant); • Understanding of modern capabilities of corporate systems: quick search, automation, interface personalization, task management; • Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements for the development team; • Skills in working with APIs, authorization mechanisms, data migration, and technical limitations; • Experience in prioritizing tasks considering business goals and product architecture; • Confident work with segmentation and analysis of large volumes of user data; • Experience of the full product cycle: from formulating a task to implementation in operational activities.
