📌 Vacancy: AI Product Analyst/Coordinator 📍 Location: Cyprus, Limassol 🕓 Full-time, office format

StarTribe is part of a large international holding (name under NDA), which has been creating and developing large-scale and high-load IT products for major companies, including world-renowned brands, for over 10 years. 🌍 The holding employs about 10,000 people in different countries, with the head office located in Cyprus. 🎯 Our main focus is iGaming: we create technological solutions for online entertainment, sports, and games. We operate in the B2B segment and are among the industry leaders (top-10 globally).

🎯 About the project Our client is an international product IT company that develops high-load projects in the iGaming sphere (entertainment, gaming, and sports themes). We are currently looking for an AI Product Analyst/Coordinator who will work on a universal next-generation XRM platform — a modular B2B solution that combines CRM, PRM, HRM, Data, and AI. We are looking for a specialist who can quickly formalize ideas, generate requirements, test solutions, and accelerate the entire development cycle using AI tools.

💼 Responsibilities

• Formalize ideas and hypotheses through AI (ChatGPT, etc.);
• Quickly generate task specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria;
• Work with the backlog and prioritization in a fast cycle;
• Design user scenarios (with AI support);
• Conduct functional and acceptance testing;
• Verify that the implementation meets requirements;
• Participate in short development cycles: idea, implementation, verification;
• Communicate with developers and accelerate delivery.

💡 What's important

• Experience as an analyst/QA/PM in a product environment for 4+ years;
• Ability to quickly structure requirements and work with uncertainty;
• Practical experience using AI as a working tool;
• Basic understanding of web development;
• Experience working in fast-paced or R&D teams;
• Understanding of AI-assisted development;
• Experience generating test cases and automated checks through AI;
• High thinking speed and results orientation.

🌟 Will be a plus

• Experience with CRM/PRM/HRM/ERP.

📍 Conditions

• Official employment;
• Office-based work in Limassol;
• Work schedule: 5/2 with flexible start times between 8:00 and 11:00;
• Probationary period: 6 months;
