Project Curator (Crypto / IT)

We are developing a crypto/IT product and are looking for a strong curator who will take charge of process management in a team of ~20 people (development, support service, technical department)

Main tasks:

• Decomposition and assignment of tasks, control over their execution
• Maintaining and updating the task tracker (Jira / Notion / similar)
• Daily monitoring of the status of all tasks by direction
• Gathering updates from the team and maintaining process transparency
• Organizing and conducting regular calls (daily / planning / review)
• Recording agreements and controlling their execution
• Preparing regular reports on project status (daily / weekly)
• Monitoring deadlines and quality of task execution

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 1-3 years of experience as an IT curator
• Has worked with teams of 10–30+ people
• Knows how to build processes and maintain order within them
• Is meticulous and thorough
• Monitors task execution and sees them through to completion
• Comfortably works in a fast-paced environment

Will be a plus:

• Experience in crypto / web3 / fintech projects
• Knowledge of English
