Project Manager (Crypto / IT)

We are developing a crypto/IT product and are looking for a strong Project Manager who will take full responsibility for process management in a team of ~30 people (development, support service, technical department).

Main tasks:

• Full management of project processes within the team (30 people) • Decomposition and task assignment, control of their execution • Maintaining and updating the task tracker (Jira / Notion / similar tools) • Daily monitoring of the status of all tasks across different areas • Gathering updates from the team and maintaining process transparency • Organizing and conducting regular calls (daily / planning / review) • Documenting agreements and monitoring their fulfillment • Preparing regular reports on project status (daily / weekly) • Controlling deadlines and quality of task completion

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT • Has worked with teams of 10–30+ people • Knows how to establish processes and maintain order within them • Is meticulous and thorough • Monitors task completion and drives them to completion • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Will be a plus:

• Experience in crypto / web3 / fintech projects • Knowledge of English
