Vacancy Description: Hi! We are a small product company — we are building our own universe in the style of Minecraft. We are looking for a community manager who is passionate about games and wants to ignite the community themselves, not just close tasks according to instructions.

Tasks: — Community support and development — Attracting new players — Conducting in-game events — Working with key players and community leaders

Important: — Burning eyes, initiative, creativity — you bring your own ideas — Understanding of gaming communities and player behavior — Knowledge of Minecraft or similar sandbox games — Event experience or strong ideas — VIP mindset: ability to build relationships with top players — Conscious work with AI — Curiosity leading to action — English B2-C1 — 1+ year of community experience or significant playtime
