Due to the expansion of our property portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Property Manager in Limassol – a proactive specialist who understands property operations and knows how to effectively interact with tenants, the team, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities: • Managing the operational activities of real estate properties • Leading the team and overseeing task completion • Coordinating contractors and ensuring quality of work • Handling tenant inquiries and requests • Monitoring deadlines and budgets • Maintaining technical and administrative documentation • Managing procurement, bills, and invoices

What's Important: • 2+ years of relevant experience in property management / operations • Good understanding of property management processes • Experience interacting with tenants and contractors • Fluent in Russian and English • Greek language skills will be an advantage • Customer focus, stress resistance, and multitasking ability
