Work experience: 2–3 years Full-time, full working day Work schedule: 5/2 or 10/4 Work format: on employer's premises

Requirements: Fluent in Uzbek and Russian languages, knowledge of English is a plus; At least 2–3 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role; Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Microsoft Exchange Server; Experience in administering Windows Server 2016/2019/2022; Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V); Understanding of Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS principles and endpoint protection tools; Experience with backup and recovery systems (Veeam, Windows Backup); Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Attention to detail and technical documentation skills; Good communication skills and effective time management.

Main responsibilities: Installation, configuration, and support of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems, as well as corporate applications; Administration of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and on-premise Active Directory; Support and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange Server (on-premise) and hybrid configurations; Administration of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online services; Management of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file systems, and domain infrastructure; Creation and maintenance of user accounts, mail aliases, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes; Monitoring system performance and ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical infrastructure; Installation of security updates, patches, and endpoint protection tools; Prompt response to user requests, system alerts, and critical incidents.
